The journey of motherhood can be both beautiful and challenging, filled with moments that are hard to fully understand without the support of others who share the experience. While blessed with supportive friends, new and young moms can feel a deep need for a community that truly understands the unique joys and struggles of being a mom. Recognizing this, we are excited to announce the launch of a new group for mothers with children five and under. This initiative is a collaborative effort between Hawley Lutheran, Solem Lutheran and Hegland Lutheran churches.
Meetings: Every Third Saturday
9:00 - 11:00 A.M.
Hawley Lutheran Church. All are welcome!
On the third Saturday of each month, we invite moms to gather for fellowship, food, coffee and, best of all, free childcare! Each meet-up will offer a chance to connect, engage in activities, watch a short video, participate in discussions and share in prayer. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where moms can feel truly cared for and supported. We look forward to building this community together and walking alongside each other in the journey of motherhood.
As we begin this new ministry, we are seeking volunteers. Areas of need include: assisting with childcare, providing breakfast or serving as mentor moms. This is a phenomenal opportunity for moms, aunts or grandmas who are farther along the journey, to support young women during this stage.
